Shipping and Customer Service FAQ

  1. How do I get my coffee?
    • We ship via FedEx directly to the address of your choosing, all duty, and taxes included in the final price in the shopping cart.
  2. Do prices include VAT?
    • Prices are subject to VAT where applicable. The VAT amount will be calculated and displayed at checkout, once you enter your shipping address. You will see the total price you pay prior to confirming your order.
    • For Guatemala delivery orders, IVA is included in the price.
  3. How can I track my order?
    • You can follow your order status on your account page. We will update your order with a tracking number as soon as the order is ready to ship.
  4. Can I change or cancel my order?
    • Before shipping, you can change or cancel your order through the account page. After shipping, it is not possible to change orders further.
  5. How fast do you ship my order?
    • Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours, Monday-Friday during business hours. In case of any delay or similar situation, we will get in contact with you via email.
    • Your order will take approximately 3-5 days to reach the USA, and 6-8 days to reach Western Europe.
  6. Do you ship internationally?
    • We do ship internationally, primarily to the USA, Canada, and Western Europe. If your country is not listed, please contact us and we will quote you shipping for your coffee.
  7. What are the usual shipping costs?
    • Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and amount of coffee at the time of checkout. You will be able to see the shipping charge before paying for your order.
  8. Returns and Refunds
    • We truly hope you enjoy your coffee. If there is any need to return or refund your purchase, please contact us for any support needed. Please also check our terms and conditions for further information.
  9. Are my payment details/data secure?
    • We do not store any payment information on our servers. Transactions are handled securely through Paypal. We have full security SSL connections to protect your connection to our website and employ world-class datacenters for our hosting.
