I enjoy this medium roast which I think brings out the balance and subtle taste of the coffee. I would recommend if you prefer less body and less strong taste in coffee.

The smooth flavor of this Bourbon coffee makes it worth getting up in the morning! I like a medium roast the best and my husband prefers a dark roast, but he makes an exception for the delicious cup made with these beans… so much so that we just ordered 3 lbs!
