This variety of coffee is recognized for producing very high-quality coffee when grown at high altitudes. It has a history dating back to the 1700s as a coffee variety and is grown in Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, and Peru.
This coffee is grown in a small nature reserve outside Guatemala City, at altitudes between 1550-1620 masl, creating the perfect conditions for fantastic coffee – where nature truly matters!

This is my go to roast from Cafe D’ La Finquita. It has some of the boldness of dark roast while keeping the balance I enjoy of a medium roast. This is what I reorder every time.
